Allison Janney bio
Allison Brooks Janney (born April 14 in 1970) is an American actor. She is well-known for her roles on stage and screen. In addition, she's been nominated for two Tony Awards and has won an Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, a Golden Globe Award, and seven Primetime Emmy Awards. Allison Janney is a well-known actress who has spent nearly 20 years in regional theater. Her fame was forged by her role playing White House press secretary C.J. Gregg was the main character in The West Wing. Allison Janney always has been not on time for the celebrations. She got her Ohio driving licence a whole year later, around age 17. Her first date didn't happen until after she started at university. And despite auditioning from her 23rd birthday, she was not on the screen until she reached her 30s. Since stepping away from Mom in the year 2020, Faris has been very cautious about roles, mainly performing in animated films, with the exception of the 2022 film The Estate. Faris said to PEOPLE in an exclusive interview she didn't make the decision. Anna Faris had left CBS's famous sitcom Mom just prior to the finale of its eighth season. In the beginning, Faris announced that she would leave to pursue other opportunities, however now, she's revealing more on what led her to take a break from acting it wasn't really an intentional decision in the moment. Janney was wearing an unreal wig when she began the series. Fallon added, "So, now everybody know that Janney's been sporting the wig for the show since it started. Janney would like to have the hairstyle back to her. In the first season of her series, Janney was able to earn anywhere between $125,000 and $250,000 per episode. The show's creators estimate that at the end of the third and fourth season however that Faris along with her co-star Allison Janey were earning $200,000 per episode.
