Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson is a model and actress from the U.S. She was best known for her role as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson holds a National Board Certified Teaching Certificate and an MA in Curriculum & Instruction. Her 11-year classroom experience is coupled with more than 10 years as an instruction coach. Angela started this site as a young teacher in 2003 to share practical classroom ideas and help other educators build a positive mindset in order to appreciate their work. The website was titled Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for teachers up to 2008. Then, it was renamed The Cornerstone for Teachers, in the wake of the publication of her book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek program is utilized by over 45,000 school districts for improving the efficiency of their staff. First designed for teachers and it was later extended to administrative coaches and instructors. 40 Hour helps teachers become more aware of their own educational and contractual time so they can focus on the things that really matter.
